Vantagepoint Project Planning and Reporting – Thursday, January 13th, 1:00pm-4:00pm CT
Join the experts to explore project planning in Vantagepoint. This session is geared towards clients that do not own resource management but are interested in fully using the planning tools. This workshop will also investigate the new dashboards that provide at-a-glance information. Planning reporting will be reviewed – both in the reporting format as well as in the dashpart format. Those that should consider attending are partners, principals, project managers and project administrators.
Vantagepoint Billing 101 – Thursday, January 20th, 1:00pm-4:00pm CT
This session will show how to setup billing rates and terms for all project types. Projects can have billing terms setup at any of the three Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels. This session will help to review the detail and level you will need to setup your projects’ billing terms to successfully invoice your clients.
Vantagepoint Billing 102 – Thursday, January 27th, 1:00pm-4:00pm CT
This session will show you how to edit, adjust, transfer and write-off labor and expenses on a project prior to invoicing. The differences between Interactive Billing and Batch Billing will be discussed and shown. You will learn how to create draft and final invoices, void invoices and write-off invoices as bad debt.
Vantagepoint Billing Invoice Approvals – Monday, January 31st, 1:00pm-4:00pm CT
This training session will guide you through the entire invoice approval process beginning with settings and workflow options, billing terms processing and steps, draft invoice reviews, submittals, edits, approvals and tracking options. See the views and report options available right within the Vantagepoint database to ease your internal invoice process reviews from biller to project manager or project accountant.
