Uncover how to make get more out of your Deltek Vision investment with a CCG Effectiveness Review.
Happy 2017. It’s that time of year when we focus on dieting, exercising and being better people. You’ve committed to a better “you” in the New Year, but
have you stopped to think about committing to being a better company? What are your resolutions for your business in 2017?
Do you have redundant processes that could be trimmed back? Does your approach to training need more discipline? Could your company’s culture use a little
polishing? Is your data spread over many databases and Excel spreadsheets? If so, it’s time for a health checkup.
At CCG, we call our health checkups Effectiveness Reviews. An Effectiveness Review is an in-depth, process-based, examination of your current software
functionality, business processes, and cultural strengths and weaknesses. The goal of the review is to understand your firm and how it functions on
a daily basis, what is working well and where there are opportunities for improvement.
This multi-step process includes:
- A preliminary interview and expectations call
- Pre-meeting data collection
- A Vision database review
- An Onsite Analysis Meeting
At the end of your review, we’ll provide you with an Analysis of Findings Report. This report contains our understanding of your current processes,
systems and culture, analysis of the findings, and our recommendations for improving any identified gaps, challenges or areas for growth. Additionally,
copies of any processes mapped during the Review will also be provided. From these recommendations, we develop a road map to help you implement the
Resolve now to make 2017 the year you put your bloated data sources on their long-needed diet and get your processes ready to run that marathon.
