For those of you going to the 2015 Deltek Insight Users Conference next week, we’re offering several technical sessions to share ideas for increasing productivity
and profitability. Here’s an overview of our sessions to help you decide which will be most beneficial for your firm:

Learn how we automated the project life cycle for architecture firm Shlemmer Algaze Associates (SAA). Now, with a push of button, SAA staff can convert
a CRM Opportunity into a new Project — including creating the billing terms. Nicole Wear and Kristy Diez with SAA will talk about the benefits
and I’ll share how painless it is to implement the automation. If you can’t attend, you can learn more in our blog post, Yes, There’s An Easier Way to Create a Project in Deltek Vision.

resourcing and project tracking — which led to increased profitability. J.B.A.’s Director of Finance, Wendy Cashin, will talk about how they’re
leveraging Vision at a higher level and I’ll dive into the technical aspects.
Best Practices: Overcoming Top Five Vision Challenges
Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 3:30-5 p.m. in Governor’s Ballroom A/E
If your firm isn’t getting as much out of your Vision investment as you should, this session is for you. CCG Strategic Consultant Pam Ingram will share
insights from a decade of helping clients analyze their situation and re-launch Vision effectively. You’ll learn the top five issues that keep firms
from their Vision goals and how to overcome them.

data entry for the three-person financial team at Heights Venture Architects (HVA). CFO Maria Roder will share benefits, including condensing their
monthly billing cycle into one week, and I’ll provide the technical background.
