Billing Functionality
CCG created the Billing Review Report and Billing Status Tracking application to provide answers to our clients’ complex billing requirements.
Billing Review Report — Typically used by billing personnel and project managers, the Billing Review Report is a necessary tool that provides all of the pre-bill information needed to make billing decisions. Combining unbilled detail transactions with Billing Term information and phased fixed fee information provides necessary billing information in a single report. Add in the optional sections for retainer summary, bill status summary WIP aging and AR aging, and the report is unparalleled.
Billing Status Tracking — This application provides the ability to track and report against changes to the billing status of transactional detail. By tracking the billing status change along with the date and period that the change occurred, users cam now answer questions such as: How much labor did we write-off last month? How much expense has been written off each month on project ABC? This allows users to not only have the current value of the Billing Status, but to also have access to the history of the Billing Status values.
Consultant Functionality
Consultant Contract Tracking — The capability to track and report against consultant contracts on a project-by-project basis. This scheduled workflow maintains a project grid showing the original contract amount, the JTD paid against that contract, and the amount and percent remaining. Given this information, project managers can now easily view the sub-consultant status and make quick decisions on submitted vouchers.
Consultant Voucher Creation — Assists those firms with consultants who enter timesheets so consultant time is billed like that of standard employees. This application automatically creates A/P vouchers based on the timesheet entry.
