We show you how to make your Deltek Vision® investment go even further, by tailoring your system to enhance functionality or customizing the programming to better match your business processes.

Tailoring is an inexpensive way to boost productivity, especially if you have internal IT experts who can do it. We show you simple adjustments that will further eliminate duplicate data entry or allow you to track more information. In fact, we developed a list of suggested tailoring options used by most A&E firms to improve the functionality of Deltek Vision.

We also offer custom reports and applications for Deltek Vision. Following are several we already have available:

Online Timesheet and Expense Reports –We designed these online reports to enforce certain business rules when timesheets and/or expense reports are saved or submitted.

Timesheet Comp Time Support – This application streamlines comp reporting by supporting the banking and usage of comp time via standard timesheet entry.

Overtime Distribution — This module automatically transfers regular hours into overtime hours solely for payroll.

Meeting Notes Generation — We developed this software for Newforma Project Manager. It allows meeting note documents to be recorded, shared, and tracked.
