It lets you create a catalog of style templates that reflect your firm's distinctive image, developed in your choice of word processing or desktop publishing systems, including Microsoft Word, PageMaker or Quark Express.

The proposal tracking and management feature allows everyone on the proposal team to track the progress of a proposal and share the status of his or her activities. When the proposal is awarded, all of the information gathered during the opportunity phase can be transferred to the new project.

The Vision Government Form Generator quickly and easily generates the commonly used SF254 and SF255 forms and will support the new SF330 forms, once they are released. Quickly find the information you need and insert it into the form with a click of the mouse. If you need custom government forms, simply insert the appropriate merge codes into your government form documents to create custom templates. Then use Vision Proposals' powerful merge function to automatically insert the corresponding content into the form.
