Center catalogs key employee information and shares it across
Vision applications, so that the same employee information
is used in creating résumés for proposals, scheduling
resources for projects, validating entry on employee timesheets
and more. Deltek also offers an interface between Vision and
Best Software's ABRA HRMS to provide comprehensive recruiting,
hiring and salary and benefits administration. Employee data
is shared among the following Deltek Vision applications:
- Planning - search for an employee according to skills, degrees,
certifications and other qualifications
- CRM - review information about all of the team members working
on a project/engagement
- Proposals - draw upon a pool of employee résumés
to build a custom proposal
- Time and Expense Reporting - uses stored employee data to
validate employee numbers, organization      codes,
department codes and other entries
- Accounting and Billing - use employee cost and billing rates,
billing categories, organization codes and more
