Expense Management

Vision Expense Management offers the same easy-to-use features as Time Management, allowing employees to enter expense reports over the Internet, record expense advances and enter company-paid items. Employees can enter just a project number and a category, such as travel, and Vision Expense will supply the appropriate general ledger account number automatically. Firms are now able to control what charges can be entered for specific projects and whether or not they are billable.
